New Student Guidelines

  • Complete the registration and student assessment before the first class.
  • Join each class a few minutes early with the required books and learning materials.
  • Use a quiet, well-lit learning space where the student can focus.
  • Keep the student’s display name clear and appropriate for the classroom.

Class Rules & Learning Etiquette

  • Students should attend class in appropriate attire and with respectful manners.
  • Microphones should remain muted when the teacher or another student is speaking.
  • Students should listen carefully, participate positively, and complete assigned practice.
  • Class links, recordings, and learning materials must not be shared without permission.

Attendance & Scheduling

  • Regular attendance is essential for steady progress and successful learning.
  • Parents should notify the institute as early as possible when a student will be absent.
  • Requests to reschedule a class are subject to teacher availability and institute policy.
  • Repeated absences or late arrivals may affect the student’s learning plan.

Guidelines for Parents

  • Help younger students log in on time and make sure their device is ready.
  • Encourage consistent revision and support the homework set by the teacher.
  • Allow the teacher and student to interact without unnecessary interruption during class.
  • Discuss progress or concerns privately with the institute rather than during lesson time.

  • Use a stable internet connection and a device with working audio and video.
  • Keep login details private and do not allow anyone else to use the student’s account.
  • Parents or guardians should supervise young students according to their age and needs.
  • Report technical problems or inappropriate online behaviour to the institute promptly.

  • Use the institute’s official contact channels for questions, updates, and support.
  • Keep contact information current so important class notices are received.
  • Communicate respectfully with teachers, staff, students, and other families.
