Affiliate Program Terms
Effective when you are accepted into the Zill Noorain Affiliate Program.
These terms explain how the Zill Noorain Affiliate Program works. By participating, you agree to promote Zill Noorain honestly and in a way that protects students, families, and the Zill Noorain name.
Commission and payouts
- Affiliates earn 8% of successfully paid eligible monthly tuition for an eligible referred student’s first 12 successful monthly payments.
- The minimum payout is $100 in approved commissions. Balances below $100 do not expire; they carry forward and combine with future eligible commissions until the threshold is reached.
- Payouts are processed monthly by Wise after the approved balance reaches $100. Administrator review: confirm the exact monthly payout date.
- Attribution is first touch.
New and eligible referred students
An eligible referred student is a new student whose first recorded visit came through an approved affiliate’s personal referral link, who then enrolls and makes a successfully paid eligible monthly tuition payment. Existing students and returning students do not qualify unless Zill Noorain confirms an exception in writing. Each child from the same family may count separately when each child independently meets these requirements.
Eligibility, tracking, and approval
A referral is tracked for 90 days from the first visit through the affiliate link. Tracking can be affected by browser privacy settings, devices, deleted cookies, incomplete registration, ad blockers, or other technical limitations. Affiliate applications are reviewed manually. An applicant does not become approved or receive a personal referral link until Zill Noorain approves the application. Applicants must be 18 or older and provide their full name, country of residence, email address, a short explanation of how they plan to promote Zill Noorain, and, where applicable, a public social-media profile, website, or community link.
Eligible commissions and reversals
Commission is not payable on failed, refunded, disputed, cancelled, fraudulent, or self-referred payments. Zill Noorain may hold, reject, or reverse commission connected to any such payment. Administrator review: confirm the commission approval or holding period before a commission is treated as approved.
Promotion standards
Affiliates must promote Zill Noorain honestly and may not use spam, impersonate Zill Noorain, create misleading pages, or use paid advertising on the Zill Noorain name without written permission. Every affiliate must clearly disclose: I may earn a commission if you enroll through my Zill Noorain referral link.
Payments, taxes, and fees
Eligible countries: Affiliates may apply from any country, subject to local laws and Wise availability.
Payment information: When an approved affiliate reaches the $100 payout threshold, Zill Noorain will request the legal name, address, and payment or tax information needed to send the payout through Wise. Wise may request identity verification directly.
Taxes, Wise fees, and currency conversion: Affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting and for any Wise fees, bank fees, or currency-conversion charges associated with receiving a payout.
Program relationship and changes
Participation does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, or legal partnership relationship with Zill Noorain. Zill Noorain may suspend or terminate an affiliate for a breach of these terms, fraud, misleading promotion, spam, or conduct that harms students, families, or the organization. Zill Noorain may modify or end this program with reasonable notice.
