ZN Circle (package name com.zillnoorain.app) is developed and published by Apptellect Inc. on behalf of Zill Noorain Institute. This page explains how to delete your ZN Circle account and the data associated with it.
How to Delete Your Account
If you have the app installed:
- Open the ZN Circle app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Your account and personal data are permanently deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.
If you no longer have access to the app:
Send an email to info@zillnoorain.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. We will reply within 7 business days to confirm receipt and verify your identity, and your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days of verification.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile
- Any learner profiles you created
- Your chat messages
- Your attendance and learning progress records
Certain records we are required to keep by law — for example, payment and tax records — are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
